HOW TO OPEN ACCOUNT

    Fill and sign MetaMax Account Opening Form.

  • DOCUMENTS

    Provide your CNIC, nominee CNIC, IBAN (cheque) and source of income document.

  • ACCOUNT APPROVED

    You will receive email from PMEX regarding your Trading ID login password.

ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING

  • PRESS START TRADING

    Open www.metamax.pk and press “START TRADING” and Register.

  • BASIC INFORMATION

    Fill your basic information (name, CNIC, email, IBAN and contact number registered on your name) and upload picture of your CNIC (front & back) and IBAN (cheque) and submit.

  • EMAIL VERIFICATION

    You will receive email regarding login password for online account opening. Open link in the email and sign in with the login password for email verification.

  • OTP

    DETAILED INFORMATION

  • DETAILED INFORMATION

    Fill your detailed information regarding contact, nominee and source of income. Upload nominee CNIC (front & back), source of income and signature on white paper and submit the form.

  • ACCOUNT APPROVED

    You will receive email from PMEX regarding your Trading ID login & password.

  • MOBILE BIOMETRIC

    Install NCC BioVerify app on your mobile and conduct your biometric within 45 days from the approval of your trading account.

ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

  • Visit https://portal.pmex.com.pk/ or https://mportal.pmex.com.pk/

  • Click MT5 Back Office (Link1)

  • Enter your Login ID and Password

  • Enter OTP sent at your email and mobile number by PMEX

  • In PMEX portal, click “Profile” under the “Profile Management” drop down menu

  • Proof read and verify your information entered by MetaMax and press approve button to approve your profile.

  • Your Profile is approved and your account is activated.

INSTALL MT5

FOR ANDROID USER

  • Visit https:portal.pmex.com.pk/or https://mportal.pmex.com.pk/ from your android mobile.

  • Click and download MT5 Android.

  • Go to settings and allow installation from unknown apps (from chrome and my files)

  • Install MT5.

FOR DESKTOP USER (WINDOWS)

  • Visit https://portal.pmex.com.pk/ or https://mportal.pmex.com.pk/ from your android mobile.

  • Click and download MT5 Android.

  • Go to settings and allow installation from unknown apps (from chrome and my files)

  • Install MT5.

LOGIN TO MT5

LOGIN TO MOBILE APP

  • Open MT5 App, press the 3 horizontal bars and press “Manage Accounts”

  • Press + sign and type Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited in Find Broker and select Pakistan Mercantile Exchange as your broker

  • Under “Login to an existing account”, enter your login & password and select PMEX-ECN as server and press Login

  • On your first time login to MT5 mobile app, you will be asked to change your password. Change your password for security of your account

  • Your account is logged in to your MT5 Mobile App

LOGIN TO MT5 DESKTOP APP (WINDOWS)

  • Open MT5 Desktop App. Search Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited and press Next. Click Existing Account and enter your login & password and select PMEX-ECN as server and login

  • Check Navigator > Accounts > PMEX – ECN. Your name and account number shall appear under PMEX – ECN

  • Your account is logged in to your MT5 Desktop App

FUNDS ALLOCATION

FUNDS ALLOCATION THROUGH CHEQUE

  • Write cheque in favour of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited from the cheque book of your bank account registered with your trading account

  • Fill Collect Plus Deposit Slip available at MCB branches Collect Plus Deposit Slip shall be filled like a normal deposit slip with following additional information;

  • Company Name
  • Company Code
  • Dealer Name
  • Dealer Code
  • Pakistan Mercantile Exchange
  • PMEX
  • Name of Client
  • Trading ID of Client 20

  • Email the scanned cheque and deposit slip to PMEX at funds@pmex.com.pk from your registered email address

  • Email the scanned cheque and deposit slip to PMEX at funds@pmex.com.pk from your registered email address

  • Your funds are allocated to your trading account

FUNDS ALLOCATION THROUGH ONLINE TRANSFER

  • Add Sub Collection (SC) Account as beneficiary. Sub Collection (SC) Account number is available under “Profile Management” at your profile in MT5 Back Office (Link 1)

  • Transfer the funds to the Sub Collection (SC) Account and take screenshot. Email the screenshot to PMEX at funds@pmex.com.pk from your registered email address

  • Your funds shall be allocated to your trading account as soon as they will be reflected at PMEX side.

  • Your funds are allocated to your trading account

FUNDS WITHDRAWAL

  • Visit https://portal.pmex.com.pk/ or  https://mportal.pmex.com.pk/ to open PMEX portal

  • Click MT5 Back Office (Link1)

  • Enter your Login ID and Password

  • In PMEX portal, click “Fund Withdrawal Request” under the “Direct Funds” drop down menu

  • Enter the withdrawal amount and press submit

  • Inform MetaMax regarding the withdrawal for approval

  • The requested withdrawal amount shall be deducted on next trading day open and shall be transferred to your registered bank account within 48 working hours
